Cons
- Constantly ignoring fundamental operational problems. Fixing the roof of your house does you no good if the problem is a crumbling foundation. - Inconsistent, and often, competing priorities among functional groups. Literally everything is considered top priority - Poorly aligned leadership - No actual long term improvement and/or growth plan - Top down management structure with no chance of feedback
