Pros

Benefits and paid holidays. People are nice and will answer your questions.

Cons

Inconsistent work from day-to-day. Some days are really busy, others there is nothing to do. Schedule feels disorganized. Not a place for creative people (at least in the lower positions).

- Benefits are excellent - Mostly engaged workforce and staff - Engaged upper management with a strong emphasis on positive workplace culture

Cons

- Vacation time is not on par with industry standard - Miscommunication issues (but this isn't really specific to Bachem)
