Company recently acquired American Peptide Company and is in a transitional process. Bachem is actively trying to mainstream the facility in order to manufacture products at larger scales. Easy to get industry experience as a recent grad.

Cons

Little room for advancement (although it is possible). Work load can be demanding leading to working over time. NO OVERTIME PAY

Good pay, great colleagues, and firm job security in this booming peptide market.

Cons

The HR, Facilities and Safety managers are terrible, and could not care less about employees and their safety. The company constantly drops the ball on production deadlines, I would not be surprised if Bachem is dropped as a vendor by pharmaceutical manufacturers.
