The only good thing about Bachem is the health benefits that they offer.

Cons

They don't take precautions to protect safety. I've heard rumors that the former production VP said that its easier to hire new people than to promote current employees. There are days when production chemists are expected to work 14+ hours in the lab. Very toxic work environment

What a great place to work! The management has made many changes in the past couple years that has turned the company into a production giant which strives to provide employees a place where your thoughts and perspectives are foster to be positive and enlightening.

Cons

So much change, such little time. The pay could be better to reflect the caliber of scientific minds that work here.
