Bachem is a contract manufacturing organization. As a result, the operations schedule is dynamic and subject to changes to meet the needs of Bachem’s customers. Bachem strives to balance the needs of customers and employees, and appreciates and thanks employees for their flexibility when demands and priorities change. It is recognized that communication within the organization is inconsistent and improvement is a current focus of management.
