Stay Away From This Company - Unlawful Practice

1. Unlawful practice of discrimination 2. If you are not a swiss national, your career path is very limited. Just look at the majority senior management team. It is not performance based. 3) Stay away if you can. Job market is very hot for biotechnology, no need to settle for Bachem.

-Great friendly/family work environment. -Challenging and exciting work in an aggressively expanding company. -Committed to continuous improvement. -Provides opportunity for career growth and development. -Commendable response to mitigating employee risk due to Covid-19.

Cons

-Many old, undefined processes in place. However, people are open to change, which allows the freedoms to implement improvements. -Slight disconnect between employees and upper management, but the company has identified this as an issue and is currently working to make improvements.
