We are happy that you are part of the Bachem family!!! Glad to know that you have been receptive to the option of working from home. We are pleased to have this option available for our employees whose job does not require them to be physically present at the worksite. More staff members are coming on-site periodically for team meetings and to have face-to-face interactions with colleagues. We appreciate your feedback. As a contract manufacturer, we strive to maintain a manufacturing schedule that fulfills the needs of our customers. We agree that our training program for new hires has opportunities for improvement. With the recent addition of dedicated training and development personnel to our HR organization, in collaboration with the Production team, we are creating a new training approach for new hires which will be rolled out in the coming months.
