Pros

Lots of optional overtime if you're interested, fairly organized and safety-minded company, pay is okay considering the qualifications and generally light workload.

Cons

Not a lot of paths for advancement or ways to learn new skills. Stay for a year or two, get some income and experience, then search elsewhere for better opportunities. Or if you want a place where you can make just enough to get by and not work all that hard or do anything too complicated, stay forever. I'm sure management would prefer that.
