Thank you for your feedback and candid comments. Bachem believes that our employees are our biggest asset, and we continue to work toward creating an engaging and fulfilling work environment for all. Bachem recognizes that managers are key to creating the desired environment, and therefore we have put in place with top priority a comprehensive training program to provide our managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to become great managers. Please recognize that the issues summarized in your feedback are not representative of the majority of Bachem’s managers. We would like to see open and constructive collaboration between direct reports and their managers to resolve such issues you have identified. It is easy to identify problems, but it is not always so easy to find solutions. If you are up to the challenge, Bachem asks for your help in resolving the issues that you have raised. Perhaps you can reach out to your Site Manager, HR or myself, and together we can work to find solutions to the problems that affect you the most. With a new site manager at Vista, many positive changes are being made to improve the management team and the overall work environment. We will relentlessly continue efforts to create a rewarding environment where employees enjoy their work and the people they work with. We are not yet where we intend to be, but with hard work, together we will get there. In meantime, we request perseverance, as well as some patience, from you and the entire Vista team.

Thank you for your feedback. Bachem recognizes that employees are our most valuable asset and critical to the success of our organization. As a result, Bachem is making significant efforts to improve employee training and development capabilities. Bachem is currently developing and implementing a new electronic training program with job specific curriculum, which is intended to ensure uniform and comprehensive training for all employees in all roles in the company. Bachem is also in the midst of an extensive managers training program, which we expect will improve the capabilities of our managers, especially with respect to employee development. Bachem expects all employees to be team players and to give their very best to every task and assignment. While we continue to work on improving our training and employee development capabilities, we do expect our employees to meet us half way and do their part by growing with us as well. Suggestions and ideas for improvement are always welcome and appreciated.
