Good if you are a tech bro and/or you don't want to work too much

Cons

Nobody in the company cares about software development. People will gatekeep information to gain leverage. It's necessary to drink and play social games, otherwise nobody will help you. Generally it feels like nobody cares about work and there's very few good professionals.
