Pros
Great people to work with, smart and diverse. Teams are located all over the world. I had the opportunity to work with a couple of fantastic managers and directors.
Cons
As a Dutch company, executives keep on putting Dutch nationals to lead the business development in international markets, which is not really working. The Dutch business culture or way of doing business is not necessarily the way to be successful in other markets. Too many changes in strategy across the company that often seemed like reactions to emotions rather than logic or calculated risks.
