Pros

– Some good and interesting colleagues to work with. – Some teams are so disorganized that you will learn to evolve fast and be independent in a hard way. This will eventually help you find your next job. – It is maybe a nice opportunity if it is your first job. – Free lunch before corona situation (although not so tasty). – It may be an easy way to relocate to Amsterdam.

Cons

– Politics and micromanagement. – No work-life balance – You can easily feel lost in infinite feedback loops and meetings but at the same time, you will be forced to deliver everything in tight deadlines. – Managers do not appreciate extra time and effort. – No clear vision. – No professional growth. – Unexperienced people get usually promoted.

Pros

The general vibe of the company is very good. Friendly colleagues from all around the world, lunch included and lots of flexibility.

Cons

Working for finance clients and with the restrictions of the software can be frustrating for designers and creatives.
