A great starter place for anyone getting into their first developer job.
Culture is decent. Most people are nice to work with.
Cons
In terms of long-term growth, I'd say your chances of getting decent promotions would be more rewarding elsewhere, as the pay is mediocre and they scale pay increases based on a frontend tribe "bandwidth."
Able to travel to great locations as part of the work and the people working here are great. Love the international atmosphere in the company and the diversity of the work.
Cons
Towards its employees little empathy and compassion. Everything seems to be operated towards the success of the company and all employees need to contribute, but towards the employees there's little reward or celebration of success or recognition of natural talent
