Mostly due to face pace environment & teams in different locations: Lack of structure/formal processes sometimes undocumented or out of date (HR/Internal) Information can be scattered across different source of truths, i.e. too many internal tools used for different purposes The dynamic between Product team & Customers projects can be difficult at time Career levels + roles & responsibilities can sometimes overlap, while the performance process is not straight forward
