* Very very bad work culture * Managers and HRs are not friendly * Company policies are like god's words which cannot be changed and you can't question it.

* Relaxed Environment * Great People to work with (Great CEO- Always wants to adapt and be flexible.)

Cons

* The salary is too low compared to the industry standards and the place. (Amsterdam) * The work most of the time you do as DevOps/System Engineer are QA activities, Little to no exposure towards the real DevOps/System Engineer roles from your day-to-day activity. This might be BIG RED for anyone who prefers career growth in that way. (beware of that!)
