Snacks, good people at the lower levels.

Cons

There is no promoting from within the people who helped to bring the product to this point are all gone and now leadership seems to be cycling out.

When it comes to promoting from within, we have taken measures to recognize the talent we have in house . Most recently we have promoted team members to lead their departments in different capacities. We are currently working on an initiative to develop each individual team members' career path here at Backbone as well. A decent startup with limited personal development

- 4 days work week - wellness stipend - startup environment. very laidback - co-workers are friendly - your work can be impactful because the company is small

Cons

- not too much opportunity to learn. limited skill development - company not stable (financially) - limited networking opportunity - good for beginners. not great for long term career - no company bonus - lack of structure in HR onboarding
