Pros

Many good people. Chosen few were compensated well, and or trusted. Beautiful location. Good perks and compensation. Studio strived to innovate.

Cons

Some really truly toxic and/or incompetent people who were among the chosen few. Hero culture instead of team culture--Darwinian environment encouraged. Spread too thin rather than committing to making the most of DragonVale . Lack of honesty.
