"outside" without being in the weather guaranteed minimum 40 hours plus an awesome incentive program and full health benefits. Monday- Friday schedule

the heat can be a little much on certain days of the summer.

hard work, minimum wage, tons of hours, promise of incentive yet none to be had since incentive positions are limited to the more experienced.
