Pros

Worked with a great group of people who really cared about the employees and the community.

Cons

Working with live plants can be unpredictable, that and a tight labor market led to long hours for employees but the team worked hard to remedy the issue and from what I understand things have since improved in that regard.

Great culture - management cares about the people who work here. They know everyone’s name. Stewart, the CEO, is a good guy.
