Pros
There are a few good people that work there, but sadly most of them do not stay long due to being undervalued & underpaid, while being physically pushed to the maximum daily. They hire anyone that will show up for an interview out of desperation, so I guess that's a pro if you're looking for guaranteed work.
Cons
Unorganized Inconsistent Unapologeticly values company profit over their employees Their rules & attendance policies are so inconsistent & bias it's become a joke, seeing as some people can have outstanding amounts of tardiness and absences & not be let go because of their title or length of time with the company, meanwhile others are let go for missing the bare minimum.
