Keeps you busy because they run lean. 401k and all benefits ( a bit expensive though)

Cons

Do not pay competitive wages. Annual reviews not done on time. Do not reward for hard work.

Backyard Product culture encourages the employees to be creative when it comes to seeking process improvements. Employee feedback is encouraged and relied upon. Everyone from the CEO to the agents on the phone are invested in the customer experience.

Cons

Departmental communication can be a struggle sometimes. More department collaboration would element a lot of process frustration.
