They do only pay extra 8 to 6 nights and if partner has day off loser 20%. But it's so high works out fine. Only get paid every two weeks and 2weeks behind . They will give avance
Tons of work and great pay, plus free company housing. I was averaging $8-10k with hours still left on my clock. Decent equipment and flexible dispatchers.
Cons
Tons of work, so it was easy to burn out. They also brought on an operations manager at the end of 2018 that loved to micromanage and ended up eliminating the flexibility that was a deciding factor in my going to work for them in the first place. They also don’t offer any PTO.
