Lots of overtime. Plenty of work due to high employee turn over.

Favoritism by supervisors. Very poor pay. Dirty. Hot. Long hours. Terrible management.

The company grossly underpays and does not care about any of their employees. During a company meeting, the owner stood in front of the entire staff and said "if you're not happy here, then leave. We don't need you."
