Really nice people, bad culture and work life balance

Most of the people I interacted with at the firm were very kind. The company also sent employees nice gifts a few times per year which was appreciated.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, had to work late most days. Some weekend work. And this is for a role that is not very critical to the business. A lot of hierarchy, not much room for advancement. Little training, pretty much a "figure it out" culture. I didn't feel like the pay was adequate for the amount of work and high stress environment.
