      Pros

      Bain attracts great people, working in an environment with such people is challenging and very rewarding. Not only bright and brilliant but also people who are fun to hang out with. I believe Bain has been rated the number one place to work for in the management consultancy industry, which is probably largely due to the fact that you enjoy your time working with your colleagues. The quality of the client base and the quality of the projects are of course two other important reasons to join Bain.

      Cons

      Long and non-flexible hours. As with all consultant work your role is over when it's time for implementation.
