      - The EA/MA team truly work together to help each other out and be supportive - When in the office there are lots of fun events - Unbelievable work life balance

      Cons

      - Compensation is not competitive for the Bat Area, causing a huge amount of our team to quit recently - Once promotes to EA there are no other promotions available. An amazing EA who has been there for 7+ years is not recognized any different than one who has been there for 6 months - since entering the regional model the “team” feeling isn’t there as much

      - Truly great culture and people - Opportunities to look at different businesses and travel (pre-COVID) - Resilient business

      Cons

      - Long hours, particularly with COVID - Washington DC office still has a long way to go on diversity and inclusion - A lot of the value prop of the job (travel, team activities, people, meals) have been diminished with COVID

      Some of the smartest people you will work with Great benefits Typically work on mentally engaging problems

      Cons

      For all they talk about sponsorship, it is very difficult to find, especially for non-whites Getting to know and work with the right partners early on can be a big determinant of future success There is a lot of inertia to performance reviews (both positive and negative reviews) Work-life balance is a joke, you either get it and work 50-55hrs a week or don't and work 65-75 a week without a clear path to improving sustainability
