      Pros

      THE management was awesome, until a new department head was hired. She is very unwelcoming and rude, in fact more like a robot than a human.

      Cons

      NO one wants to be treated like a troll. Department heads drill in to your head, that you do not ever say, please and or thank you to co-workers, as it is a waste of time. Huh?

      The culture is what really separates Baird from the pack. The high touch client service is standard and all clients (internal and external) are treated like a name and not a number.

      Cons

      Unless you are in the right "clique" (yes, there are still clique's), it is very difficult to move up in the company, especially if you are in operations.
