Pros

Benefits and pay are generally good

Cons

The culture is completely dependent on where you work. Don't believe best workplaces surveys. They require employees to fill them out and get on you if you don't.

Pros

Employee owned and stock benefits Trying to be D&I Financially stable

Cons

Culture varies based upon the department silo where you work Extremely misogynistic, women are not treated the same as men Highly political, has a creepy 'the firm' feel to it Client facing jobs are satisfying and recommended. Operations is like a work horse, you work so hard and nobody cares. Finance is terrible culture, please choose a different employer. HR is ok and can be good in areas. Risk is super conservative which can limit areas of the company (e.g. technology). IT is fun and pays great but is stuck in the 1980s.
