Great Compensation, But Not Millennial-Friendly

Pros

Excellent salary and benefits and a generally positive atmosphere.

Cons

Definitely not a great place to work if you are under 30 and have a life outside of your job. It seems the flexible work arrangements and general respect for your time outside of work are reserved only for associates with children.

strong midwest value-based firm, cordial work environment, excellent learning environment, senior and mid-level bankers want you to succeed

Cons

long hours, but this is to be expected in investment banking. retention plans and intentions could have been more clear early on.
