      -Teams have a laid-back culture

      -Not friendly to people who need ADA accommodations -Decisions move at a glacial pace -Promotions rely on a rubric that includes a lot of things that have very few opportunities to actually demonstrate -Hybrid environment engenders a lot of simmering resentment among the IT employees -UHC might be the worst health insurance option of all time

      People / culture - Despite his passing, the firm still has culture rooted in the Phil Purcell "No a**holes" rule. I've found people to be collaborative, customer-first and teamwork-oriented

      Cons

      This is not the top bulge-bracket of the investment world, not does the firm aspire to be. Baird may not be the place for you if you wish to climb to the top of the Wall Street hierarchy and see this as a stepping-stone.
