Pros

None I can think of

Cons

Long hours required, communication very poor, if you get a bad senior analyst you’re screwed...CEO and DOR are clueless who think a back to office “culture reset” and cheesy monthly zoom coffee meetings will fix everything Benefits are poor, can’t take pto because team will get mad and we’re too busy, no free parking or cell phone reimbursement

Pros

There were some really awesome people that I worked with. I learned so much from the people that would take their time to work with you and see your value.

Cons

Double standards going on all over the place. Policies should be uniform through out the company, yet branch managers decide how to interpret them so their numbers look good. Lot of God complexes for people that should be mentors. Get rid of the egos. It makes promotions and recognition very difficult. In order to get promoted or placed on a team, you need to be a favorite because favorites are used all the time. It’s a shame.
