      The pay and if you're single with no kids the insurance is free

      Cons

      Lol everything else. Toxic workplace environment, HR preaches "we are family" but will pip you so fast you'll get whiplash.

      Good pay N/A N/A N/A I'd add more but this place is truly terrible to work for and the cons outweigh the pros every day of the week

      Toxic Upper managers dont care about you When you become fast at what you do, they will add more things for you to do.

      Pros

      The pay is really good here for the area and they seem like they care about getting their employees involved with the company. Every quarter there is a company meeting where they go in depth about the company's financial situation.

      Cons

      Some of the supervisors are emotionally unstable and do not seem to be fully capable of controlling their own preferences when it comes to fellow employees. Supervisors and team leaders having favorites among the employees is a big issue and it seems like they pick an employee and mistreat them till they quit, at least in some shifts and sides of the plant.
