Limited to 3 classes per quarter so that they can avoid paying into health care. Haven't had a raise in 8 years. No opportunity to move into full time or other positions on campus. However, if you are in a full time position, people are often awarded positions for which they are unqualified, due to favoritism. Retribution for failure to get in line. Anyone who is not full time and engaged in the politics, should look for work elsewhere. Information is not shared on what is happening until it already happens. Terrible culture, management is filled with business people, bankers and accountants. No academics in high places.
