Pros

Intense training. Will train you for three months before you are allowed to visit/speak with student. Always there help you succeed. Great benefits. Management seems to know how to hire people that will get along great with each other in a team atmosphere.

Cons

Micomanaged with very old management who have been there 25-30 years. Poor marketing due to management being overly conservative and scared to take chances. Marketing alone is the single most frustrating thing that does not allow the college to be as successful as it could be if there were new ideas/minds in management roles.

Pros

Great medical, dental, vision, and even long-term care insurance. Pension, tuition allowance, lots of paid time off and holidays. Pleasant work environment, if you're in the 'right' department.

Cons

Low pay. Raises capped at 3%. Salary freezes. Can be gossipy and catty.
