Pros

This college offers it's employee's many opportunities to have in house training. They pride themselves on education, and educating their staff. In addition, they also work very hard at keeping themselves among the leaders in technology. Classrooms are always clean, computers work great (little down time or problems), the facilities are always modernized and up to date.

Cons

After looking into other 4 year degree colleges, it would appear that this college is a bit at the bottom regarding salary. For an entry level instructor, this would fit on your resume well. For someone that has a doctorate degree, I feel they should probably pursue a University.

Pros

Excellent school to work for. They truly care about faculty and want faculty to pursue professional development activities.

Cons

I have not had anything negative to say about Baker. They do require employees to complete training sessions that can be time consuming.
