Make a difference with students in a right-to-try environment, share real world experiences in the classroom and teach them what they need to know that they won't get in books alone.

Cons

For someone whose heart is in education and motivation, there aren't enough hours in the day (work and at home) to put everything I want to into the position.

Great support among instructors who share instruction ideas and strategies. Intructors are paid for personal development sessions/ classes. Well organized college system that continuously strives to improve in all areas of its business.

Cons

The pay of instructors seems to be low. There is a need for more support equipment like copiers, computer, etc. for instructors.
