Pros

Good technology and good pay. Other teams were good and good work culture as well.

Cons

My team was not good, rest of the company was overall good. Too much pressure and even after giving day and night completing the work didn't satisfy the lead. Constant complaints from the manager even after doing the work. I didn't know what to do and felt too much pressure.
