Pros

- Everyone very supportive. Good culture - A lot of company-wide activities: teambuilding, sporting events, gala dinner, anniversaries, etc. they don't mind spending money celebrating events - it's part of the budget

Cons

- Low pay for interns - A lot of unpaid overtime - Toxic "work/life balance", on the outside, they talk about work life balance but the majority of people there comes in at 8 am and leaves sometimes at 8 pm and then even works late into the night. Doesn't seem sustainable.
