Pros

Nicer people than you find in most firms; chance to work on international projects.

Cons

Like most large law firms it is a revolving door and management does not always clearly explain decisions to rank-and-file. There has been an obvious shift in priorities in the last two years, and morale among associates and staff is suffering as a result.
