They are understanding and listen to you. - There are many opportunities to grow and succeed here. - You are a part of the culture and have the ability to voice your opinions and concerns. - Valued member of the team - Lots of flexibility even during busy season. Definitely get more flexibility the longer you are here

Cons

- Its public accounting so the hours can be long and demanding at times. - There is a lot of responsibility early on so if you can’t deal with that then maybe not a good fit.
