Dynamic and evolving environment for those interested in fintech and digital asset innovation. I had the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and assigned various initiatives which made my role interesting.

Cons

Things changed dramatically across my short tenure. Lots of different leaders who came and went.

Poore management. Management didn’t even know the program that they were working. They just sit back and do nothing.

Loyalty Department isn't even Bakkt anymore

Easy job as long as you remember the QA steps

Cons

Very little room for advancement, Bakkt stopped investing in the loyalty department and raises stopped 2.5 years ago, Loyalty department was only profitable part of company- so of course they sold it to a different company without telling employees who have been left with whiplash
