No yearly raises. No raises period unless you move up with the company. No bonuses based on performance. When given new clients to service, the training is quite subpar(not even a full workday sometimes) compared to the 6 week long initial training at the beginning. Being a tier 1 associate at times you wont get the assistance you need to help a customer because the tier 2's wont answer the phone. Often times being a tier 1 associate you will have to deal with calming a customer down because the tier 2 associate tells you to submit a work ticket instead of taking the call from you. Often times as a tier 1 you will be the middle man between the tier 2 associate (if they answer you) because they will not take the call from you. I am not sure about work culture since we currently work from home, but if its anything like the team chat its not very good. Often times questions go unanswered. Rarely will anyone try to interact with one another through chat.
