      Excellent people on the ground that want to deliver high quality, valuable work. Somewhat flexible work environment

      Cons

      Identify crisis as an organization. No solid product roadmap. Poor use of funding with overbuild Avalon office that's mostly empty. Unused PTO will not be paid out unless required by state law.
