      They have a good product and a solid mix of clientele. There are some excellent people working for them.

      Cons

      They went public not too long ago and are now suffering the usual stability problems that follow a small company under those circumstances. They have not yet achieved the needed balance between product and engineering which will result in their clients having their needs delayed.
