Everything else. - Worst executive management I have ever worked under. Gavin Michael is a con of a CEO who has no direction or consistent vision and has the inspirational leadership and charisma of a roll of toilet paper. Mark Elliot is his lackey with no spine or executive experience in how to lead a team. Both have zero understanding of what’s happening at the lower tiers of the company and cannot communicate effectively in any manner any changes. They have effectively managed the company into the ground and sacrificed great people and talent while they retain their executive salaries and bonuses. - Management all around is quite pathetic and lack transparency as to what is happening with the company. Layoffs occurred at the end of the year after consistent promoting of how the company was in good health and not affected by the rest of the crypto environment. - The company doesn’t know how to make any revenue at all. The entire business is cloak and daggers with putting out press releases of some new partner they signed but never actually conducting any business with them. - The culture is antiquated and old school for a supposedly modern fintech company with remote work not allowed even after people joined the company believing it was an option. - There is no consistent vision of where the company is heading with the company constantly pivoting it’s business model every 6-8 months undoing countless hours time spent by individuals working on various projects.

Everything else including fair compensation, zero perks or incentives; most are overworked and underpaid/undervalued.
