Pros
Be a contributor to overall success of the company and your career aspirations, be an entrepreneur and bring up new innovated ideas and see them come to fruition, learn new technologies with a strong customer base and work with Global vendors / partners, family like atmosphere with a work hard / smart and play hard culture, not a lot of bureaucracy, small company feel but financially stable with 16 years in business, Agile methodology. Open Door policy, team and family events, casual work environment, flex time, all types of training opportunities, concerts and professional sports giveaways, awesome benefits (medical and financial)!
Cons
Some employees (mostly former) that couldn’t deal with change and were afraid to speak up to make a difference and hid behind their words and no actions to lead and guide the company in the right direction. Current and Former employees need to remain professional and be accountable to the company’s customer base and overall success for the company and employee base (and their families!) holistically. Yes, there is change occurring and growing pains (what company isn’t going thru this?) but let’s work together, team up and communicate face-to-face to move the company to new positive levels and keep our customer’s happy while adding new customers and continue growing the company

Small company with cool culture.

Over the last 4 months this place has completely lost its way, the best and most dynamic CEO we ever had left. Replaced with a CEO that has to be 75 years old ( which is not bad ) but this CEO is LOST, no software or retail experience at all. We are a software company that goes into retail stores. No plans in place that have been shared. We used to have town halls and the leadership was very approachable and now all they do is go to their offices and never walk around to see what is going on.
