Well connected, established corporate chain of command and high emphasis on safety.

Cons

Take over of previous UT company led to some downsizing with very poor expectation communication. Several employees only found out they were no longer employed one morning after over four hours of waiting wondering what was going on.

I guess the PTO, but that is debatable.

Cons

Very unethical practices, I'll leave it at that, but considering they make organic toddler formula, this should be enough to steer you away. There are too many CONS to list. Just stay away.
