It has a convenient location.

Cons

Revolving door company. Bad culture. Executive management way over their head and instill no team spirit. Co thinks it is a mini-public but does not invest in plant, people, or process. Ridiculous hours. Ridiculous pay. Everybody gnashes their teeth here. Do not trust. Four weeks to get a workstation operative. Mid-level management does not talk with each other. Never one got visit from the owner.

There is nothing wrong at Balise. This is a great place to work and have a good life. You learn every day from everybody. All the credit goes to Kenneth Maffia for putting together an exceptional team.... I'm gonna miss Balise....
