Pros

PTO is the best part of the job. You’re able to spend time with your family and friends. Your workdays are very long over 12 hours long.

Cons

Your co workers will cut you off. Even if the customers ask for you. Your coworkers will lie and say you’re off that day or you no longer work there so that they can take your customer. Management doesn’t care as long as there’s a sale to be made.
