The Dover, DE Call Center is OUTSTANDING.

Pros

The hotel room booking call center located in Dover, Delaware has a strong, dedicated team working for them. They are lead by two incredible women who are extremely helpful and compassionate. The Team Leads are all quick to assist and give gentle reminders to agents whenever needed. There are sometimes small coachings, but never any true micro-management. I've been working various jobs for over 25 years and I say without exaggeration that this is one of the best and easiest places I've ever worked for.

Cons

The sole Con I can think of is one that, unfortunately, still makes sense: as a newcomer, you WILL have a weak schedule, stuck working weekends and holidays, as those who came before you will always have the chance to grab better work-life balance schedules due to their seniority.

Everyone here was very nice and fun! Coworkers were all very helpful as well.

Cons

For most of the time, the decisions from upper management was a bit hectic. There was also a lot of layover in both lower and upper positions.
